Business Analyst

Our client, a leading broadcasting company, requires a Business Analyst to join their team in Manchester on a contract basis to define and deliver digital products and support the business requirements of the TV and mobile app

Responsibilities:

- Collect, understand, and communicate the business requirements for products, projects, and features, translating these into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyse and document processes to define existing workflows or model new workflows that support the product definition

Experience:

- Strong business analysis experience in a media software delivery environment
- Extensive business analysis skills, techniques, and practices including writing user stories, acceptance tests and documenting technical requirements
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams delivering software projects within a variety of methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum
- Experience and knowledge of TV development, data-driven web publishing, social networking, TV technology, audio and video streaming, TV products and devices, content management systems, interactive TV and broadcast systems
