Projektbeschreibung
Randstad IT Professionals is actively seeking a Business Analyst with extensive Pharma experience to deal with organisational problems and develop business-specific organisational solutions, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks for our client in Basel.
MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:
- Surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- Development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- Reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- Giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- Evaluating physical and organisational resources
- Supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- Consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions
DESIRED PROFILE:
- At least 5 years within Pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in delivery of IT projects
- Experience in requirements workshop facilitation, solution assessments, project team meetings etc.
- Experience in preparing project documentation using Project management methodologies especially Project Charter (support the IT Project Manager), User Requirements Specification, Functional Specification, User Story writing including mockups (if required), UAT Support, Support handover into Operations
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Language: Fluent in English
Technology: Reporting skills (Business Objects), Business analysis certification.
Duration: 10 months
