JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to decompose ideas quickly into succinct and actionable requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of business requirements, activity dependency diagrams, Use cases, and various process models (conceptual "swim-lane" maps, logical detailed flow maps) to model future-state processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and resolution of issues as they pertain to processes, requirements, timelines, and/or deliverables associated with the project.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of client and internal organization process changes.
- Lead cross functional team in the acquisition of technical specifications and development level of effort estimates.
- Play lead role in supporting technical development team in resolution of questions/issues arising from the requirement specifications.
- Set/manage project timelines and milestones and drive for completion timely completion of projected timelines.
- Manage activities of cross functional teams during Discovery and Architecture and Planning stages as needed.
- Lead role in arranging all meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions required for the completion of the requirements and project milestones.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in a Business Analyst role leading process improvement activities.
- Experience in developing, documenting and reaching consensus on Operational Process Architecture, Detailed Business Requirements, Process Flows and Use Cases.
REQUIRED:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in working with all levels of an organization's technical and business departments.
- Experience delivering process improvements in an accelerated working environment.
- Experience/knowledge in contract creation/management a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand new business concepts and to translate them into requirements.
- Experience with Visio a plus.
