Business Analyst

On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 month project in Switzerland.

The role is about developing business-specific organisational solutions. Dealing with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.

You are responsible for:
- Surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- Development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- Reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- Giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- Evaluating physical and organisational resources
- Supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- Consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions

Requirements

- Experience in master data, reporting and analytics
- Strong understanding of SAP BW Reporting
- Understanding of SAP Business Objects is preferred
- Understanding of procurement processes and Ariba is preferred
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- English is a must
