We currently have a requirement for a highly experience Business Analyst with a background in Financial Services to join us on a high profile client project.

The Business Analyst will Lead and deliver application and infrastructure re-engineering analysis to create foundation for solution re-designs.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Extremely strong and proven ability to analyse, document requirements and propose solutions for large/and or complex business areas.
- Tough non-nonsense approach to extract requirements from existing services, often working closely with incumbent stakeholders and users highly resistant to change.
- Background in re-engineering existing services.
- 5 years + business analysis of combined application and infrastructure projects/requirements, delivery in Matrix management organizations/virtual teams using onshore and offshore resources.
- Wide banking experience.
- Highly preferable to have experience in Payments.
- Must be able to hit the ground running.
