This is a 12 month Contract opportunity. Overview
Our client is looking to add a Business Analyst to add onto one of their teams. Roles and Responsibilities
In this Business Analyst role, you will partner with information services teams as well as a portfolio that consists of office and field learning teams. As a BA, you will lead the identification and design of innovative and valued business system solutions/services. The BA will utilize in-depth knowledge of their customers' business drivers and their domain expertise to deliver business system solutions. This role is based downtown.
Some of the key processes in this BA role include:
Business Customer Relationship Management;
Portfolio and Demand Management;
Service Management;
Business Requirements Management;
Program and Project Management;
Release and Deployment Management.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of proven/solid/tangible Business Analysis experience
- BA certification
- Previous experience managing and maintaining an IT portfolio for a business client is a must
- Proven ability to manage the big picture while analysing short, medium and long-term business technology needs
- Previous experience with Human Capital Management Learning systems would be greatly valued
- Previous experience working with HR and ERP systems and would a benefit
- Excellent collaboration skills as well as an innovative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills so as to be able to effectively and professionally communicate and interact with our business clients and technical teams at any level.
- Self-reliant/self-motivated and must work well in a dynamic team environment
- Proven ability to set and shift priorities to meet a variety of timelines
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Visio and Project.
