Business Analyst

The contracts are with a large consultancy to be on an assignment at a large European site in Stockholm as follows:

The consultant(s) will conduct feasibility studies, gather and analyse the business requirements as well as document and develop business process workflows for the need of various applications. They will provide both technical as well as user documentation. The consultant(s) will liaise closely with all the project stakeholders, including business owners, project manager(s) and development team members. The consultant(s) shall be requested to per-form various tasks related to the projects, products, applications and services developed in ICT Support Section.

Education and experience

This specific education and experience is required for the current assignments:
University degree with minimum 4 years of experience in IT or non-university degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT;
Minimum 2 years of business requirements gathering and analysis for complex and scientific applications;
Experience with requirements engineering, developing use cases, user stories, and drafting user interfaces;
Experience with requirements management in agile development processes;
Extensive knowledge and experience in software modelling techniques and modelling of functional requirements;
Experience in process mapping, workflow process analysis and process reengineering;
Experience with UML and Case Tools, for instance Sparx Enterprise Architect; 
Advantageous - Experience with the tools used (MS Team Foundation Server, Sparx Enterprise Architect);
Advantageous - Experience with application development using MS SharePoint and/or MS CRM.
