Must possess excellent business writing skills
Must be able to effectively document technical and business concepts and information within prescribed formats
Must be proficient with MS Office including Visio
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users
Must be detail oriented
Must possess good organizational/interpersonal skills
Must have 2-3 years of validation experience with Learning Management Systems a plus.
Must have a strong foundation in programming concepts.
Must have experience in using database query tools to analyze data.
Must have experience working in production environments to resolve end-users.
