This is a business led project and as such requires a Analyst who has a depth of business focused experience, in particular, business process review/design, business process re-engineering, systems development, operating model development and design.
Key skills for the Business Analyst must include:
- Experience of end to end project delivery.
- Holding ownership of process analysis and modelling for business led projects.
- Demonstrable experience of working as part of a small team within a project start-up situation.
- A good knowledge and understanding of business operation within a financial services company.
- A sound understanding of new systems development.
- Very strong stakeholder management skills.
