Business Analyst

We are looking for analysts who can help our client to standardize service and/or application support contracts with internal and third-party suppliers.

Background
Our client is a large international company in the Oil & Gas industry. Currently several programmes are running of which two are related to this job vacancy. The first is the standardization of the service and application support model, the other is the standardization and improvement of IRM, specifically to this job opening  environment (landscape support) and security controls. Suppliers of applications/services can be internal teams or third-party suppliers. Applications/services contracts and the related support have to be evaluated, accessed and changed in order to comply with the new standards.

Our ideal candidate
Because of the volume of application/services, the size of the organization and the geographic dispersed business units the ideal candidate must have experience with:
- Working in virtual multi national and cultural team. Your team can have members around the globe
- The communication with a large number of stakeholders, internal & external suppliers
- The communication on different organizational levels from VP to Support Engineer
- Assessing Service and Application Support contracts based on the support and risk control requirement
- The translation of requirement to contract terms and conditions
- Contract renewal projects in large organizations

Our ideal candidate has worked in the Oillarge multi national and cultural organization in the energy, manufacturing or telecom industry.
