*Prepare templates to gather requirements and fit/gap analysis
*Prepare use case scenario, based on the standard solution
*Prepare sample of data in order to run a demo in an efficient mode
*Run a demo in front of business users from several European countries
*Track the fit/gap comments from the users
*Assess the complexity and workload of the gaps
*Responsible for the timely delivery on budget, on scope and quality
Personal Attributes:
*Strong team player
*Ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and team work
*Management level person with good ability to convince
*Experience with and sensitivity for different cultures
*Able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense
*Willingness to spend a full week in an intensive workshop.
