Projektbeschreibung
I Urgently require a Business/Data Analyst;
To provide Management Information reports using Cognos Impromptu Version 7 and a Payroll Access Database (Sunrise) for staff data for the client on a monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis. Providing System Administration support on the HR databases
- Resourcelink and Sunrise -including system maintenance and updates, user support and auditing.
Support the Reward Manager and Payroll with pay uplifts and newly implemented reward/pay frameworks and pay increases.
Liaising with the clients outsourced payroll and HR System contractor.
Support the HRM
Support Services with MI to support the Performance Management
System Processes, liaising with line managers as necessary
Responsibility for the HR NorthgateArinso and SCS Sunrise systems, integration between that system and the external
contractor, and to work with IT and Payroll to ensure all systems flow and work together.
Using Management Information to advise and help senior managers to help them achieve their targets and business objectives.
To provide business analysis skills to help with defining existing and future system requirements for the HRIS
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Knowledge of Cognos Impromptu Version 8 report writer or similar report working tool.
Can demonstrate a facilitative leadership style
Be able to broker internal and external relationships to ensure effective business solutions and resolve conflict were necessary
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication and research and analysis skills in order to be able to write reports, and to communicate with stakeholders in a clear, meaningful and effective way, particularly where they may have little technical knowledge.
Ability to be flexible, respond positively to change, and work effectively under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities
Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of MS Office/Outlook/charts and statistics in Excel
Significant experience of working within a HR or Payroll environment and providing MIS Information and data for Reward
