Our Client wishes to engage the services of a BA/Documentation Developer with sound experience in the development of applications management and systems management documentation within the context of a data centre build and systems redeployment project. 

The BA/Documentation Developer's role is to coordinate and facilitate the timely delivery of: 

- SOP's for all equipment configured in the new data centre facility and other Departmental data centres 
- New or updated applications management and systems management documentation,  
- Revised disaster recovery and failover processes and procedures,
- Prepare tender documentation
- Liaise with senior BAU stakeholders in the applications and systems sections
- Liaise with subject matter experts 

SKILLS REQUIRED 

- High order written and verbal communications 
- PRINCE 2 project management methodology 
- ITIL-based service delivery methodology
- Applications and systems operations management
- Must have TSNV1 and be willing to upgrade to TSNV2.
