Projektbeschreibung

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. This position is nonexempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.

DUTIES:

- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Perform analysis of requirements documents to derive test cases and test plans.
- Report both progress and defect status, including gathering and reporting on project quality metrics for test case execution.
- Track defects through the entire defect life cycle.
- Proactively work with Development and Support staff in problem analysis, reproduction, and resolution.
- May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 7-9 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

SKILLS:

Candidates should have knowledge of Document Management Systems and a strong understanding of Library Science (metadata/document classification). MUST have a strong skill level with MS Excel.
