BILLING AND INDICATORS ANALYST

This Analyst will take care of billing by reconciling incoming revenue with payouts to Developers, both internally and external.

Perform weekly and monthly tracking and reconciliation activities to ensure credit card and other receipts are properly recorded and distributed to internal partners and external developers. Coordinate indicators for the group.

Weekly - Track deposits to bank account from our various payment processing vendors and payments owed to internal partners. Ensure Accounts Receivable allocates receipts appropriate internal groups.

Monthly - Manage payments to external developers, complete reconciliations and tax/vat reports.

Ad Hoc - Work with payment processing vendors, customers, and developers to resolve processing and billing disputes.

TASKS/FUNCTIONS:

- Pull data from portals, databases and other sources
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests
- Publish standard reports at specified intervals.
- Perform simple data analysis
- Process improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- ACCOUNTING
- BI
- MS Excel
- PC SKILLS
- Solid math skills
- Detail oriented
- Good verbal and written skills
- Customer service experience
- Background in problem resolution
- Experience with data analysis, pulling data from portals, various sources
