Business Analyst

A BUSINESS ANALYST is required to join one of our key clients in Sydney's CBD to work in a complex project environment and to be responsible for reviewing current state business processes and ensure the development and documentation of the desired "To Be" processes meets the change or new business situation to support the required activities.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure impacts on stakeholder operations and customers are minimised and maintain good working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and vendors.
- Support timely and effective risk and issue management, or escalation that may impact the implementation.
- Writing business requirements and leading the documentation for "as is" and "to be processes.
- Identify gaps and impacts of process change.
- Developing process metrics for monitoring and reporting.

Skills required:

- Experience with Process Design, Development and Improvement Methodology.
- 5+ years in a similar business process development role.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and excellent Vision, Powerpoint and Word skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain sound relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Customer focused, self-motivated and result driven individual.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

The daily rate for this 6 month contract based in the CBD is $525 inclusive of superannuation.
