The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of the project including drawing out needs from a business needs gathering exercise being conducted, identification of common and unique business needs, participation in requirements gathering, documentation of requirements, documentation of review results and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Solid CRM experience
- Understands broad business needs
- Exposure to SAP ERP highly valued
- Exposure to SAP CRM highly valued
- Strong documentation skills
- Customer facing skills
- Facilitating workshops to identify business practice changes and the impact analysis of identified changes.
- High level oral and written communication skills are required for this position.
- Government experience regarded
