10 YEARS OF BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE IN A COMPLEX OPERATING ENVIRONMENT.
- Strong Excel skills: must be able to demonstrate this via examples of hands-on deployment of advanced functions and formulas such as: VLOOKUP, SUBTOTAL, SUMIF, nested IF statements, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to get up-to-speed quickly on a project involving unfamiliar subject matter, in this case: post-retirement benefits eligibility and administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external business partners
- Demonstrated ability to understand (and contribute to) extremely detailed business requirements, supporting documentation (such as plan documents and plan provisions) and process flow documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of disparate project documents using intelligent file-naming conventions, folder structures, or some other means (as can be articulated).
- Demonstrated ability to test external vendor systems for UAT, manage UAT issues logs efficiently, document issues effectively, and track resolution progress.
- Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking and communications skills with various levels of the organization (project sponsor(s), executive directors, directors, managers, analysts, other individual contributors, etc.).
- Understanding of Health Care industry and Out Source' vendor models.
