Business Analyst

The Network are looking to engage a Business Analyst for a body of work within our Marketing division.

This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend.

You will be an accomplished and effective end to end BA with solid experience in the following:

- Experience in Campaign Management Principles: Customer targeting, Proposition, marketing execution channels, response management and proposition fulfilment processes for both inbound and outbound initiatives.
- Experience in campaign execution processes and campaign tools (or technical solutions) for direct/targeted/Personalised Marketing campaigns  and Real Time marketing offers
- Experience in multi-channel (eg online, care, retail) campaign marketing and closed loop feedback
- Strong understanding of customer data management and relationships to support customer segmentation modelling, target selection, applying relevant marketing offers  and campaign reporting
- Telco industry experience around customer segments, products suites, network/coverage, customer channels or touchpoints (desirable)

Accountable for:

- Delivery of detailed Business requirements and Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Champion and ensure solution design meets best possible business outcome
- Identify operational Change Management impacts in operational and recommended solutions
- Raise gaps, risks and issues specific to requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, document  business requirements, Customer Experience workshops
- Review and sign off on Solution Design, System integration Testing (SIT),
