JOB DESCRIPTION: 
This position is responsible for authoring business requirements and other support documentations thus the individual must be proficient in writing, editing, and analysing a vast array of documentation.

The individual should be able to research alternative problem solution and provide pro's and con's for following each path. The Business Analyst will interact heavily with ISG and IT teams including development, QA and support teams. The Business analyst must be comfortable working across many teams and with many personalities to provide value to the Product Owner . 

Duties: 

-  Manages (eg create/write, edit, update, do version control) the entire business documentation set which includes, but are not limited to workflows, error matrices, user stories and known product issues. 
- Does research and gathers information from Product Management, Business Development, QA, and Support teams to produce consumable requirements and react to the needs of various resources such as developers. 
- Provides consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support such as clarifying business requirements, as appropriate 
- Assists Product Owners to advance their projects to successful completion. Includes: identifying process blockages, identifying means to move through them and successfully delivering the needed artifacts or information to enable the project to stay on time and on track 
- Assist Product owners in creating User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts and conduct UAT 
- Assist Product Owners in developing documentation materials including training materials for customer support team. Conduct internal training with support teams 

REQUIREMENTS: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
- Experience in writing business requirements for web and/or multi-tier systems 
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment and familiarity with writing user stories 
- Experience with Visio, Excel, Word, defect tracking management system (eg Quality Center, Bugzilla, etc.) and document version control system (eg Docushare, Sharepoint, etc.), Agile Project Management Tool such as Rally 
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
- Strong attention to details and track record of producing quality work 
- Ability to work with many individuals and various teams at the same time 
- Team player, with great work ethics and quick learner 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Development experience a plus 
- Experience using Rally, Quality Center, Sharepoint a plus 
- Experience working with UX team ideal. 
- Healthcare industry experience a plus 
- Experience with Mobile applications a plus
