Position: Business Analyst
Type: Contract- 6 months
Location: Mountain View, CA 94043

Be part of a large-scale, high-visibility, truly global core HR system implementation project at household-name Silicon Valley client! Bring your knowledge of core HR systems, data, and ability to quickly learn client business processes and build cross-functional relationships to bear to drive data migration mapping and data clean-up efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, socializing, and resolving data mapping and data quality issues to facilitate data migration as part of this core HR system implementation project. You must be able to work cross-functionally with various business and IT stakeholders to both bring visibility to and drive consensus for resolving data mapping and data quality issues. employees; strong customer-orientation and willing to go the extra mile; demonstrated ability to work successfully cross-functionally; exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a technical field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years working with business systems or databases
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years working with core HR systems
- Hands-on SaaS experience
- Experience working in a large, multinational company with 10,000+
