Our multinational end client in Basel is now looking for a Business Analyst to join its team.
Only English is required.
Duration of contract: Contract until the end of the year + extensions on a long term basis
Rate: Excellent, all hours are paid
THE ROLE:
*Utilize available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement.
*Assists higher level project managers in managing project logistics
*Communicates, tracks, and reports progress of the project to the group and team leaders
*Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions
*Interface with department/business to identify and coordinate security projects.
*Management of methodologies and tools in relation to tracking progress and reporting project status results.
YOU WILL:
*Analyze current Anti-Malware processes and identify gaps/overlaps/concerns/issues.
*Determine the processes and procedures required for the Anti-Malware Service upgrade
*Ensure that the processes are harmonized for all portions of the Anti-Malware Service
*Update the required documentation to reflect the new processes and procedures.
*Align the documentation with processes and procedures that may be impacted from other projects
*Determine the further work needed during the execution work to ensure that the end to end Anti-Malware service is optimal.
YOUR PROFILE:
*5 years of experience as Business Analyst in a global enterprise environment
*5 to 8 years experience in Reporting
*English speaking, other languages a plus
*Ability to understand concerns from Stakeholders.
*Understanding of processes and procedures related to both operations and projects.
