Job Summary:

Business Analyst/Solution Consulting: includes consulting with Business Partners to define requirements and develop solution alternatives and estimates (Business Engagement Consultants) and translating client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture (Solution Consultants) and assuring the integration of corporate business application architectures.

Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Project $: up to $50M including multiple sites or regions, or up to 20 interdependent work tracks.
- Directs/conducts the analysis of current business processes and functional requirements.
- Directs the analysis of enterprise-wide or very complex client needs in support of Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Influences cross-functional and/or cross-divisional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources and system specifications.
- Selects and customizes the methodology for the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective solutions that support client business processes and functional requirements and resource costs.
- Acts as project lead in the coordination of solution development and the implementation of the final product/service.
- Consults with senior client sponsors and other client leadership to inform and promote successful project development and implementation within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solutions consulting including defining requirements, developing solution alternatives and estimates and translating client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions.
- MUST have 3-5 years of experience with Clarity functional design!
- A comprehensive understanding of solution delivery processes
- Expertise in requirements management methodologies
- Experience in client relationship management and an understanding of products and services included in a Project Delivery portfolio
- Multi-disciplinary leadership capability, a strong customer focus, excellent people skills and the ability to develop process driven solutions.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures, testing methodologies and development life cycles.
- Demonstrated track record of managing the full life cycle of investment projects in accordance with the current IT project delivery processes (mySDLC).
- Strong written, oral communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1.) Prior experience in the SDLC space
2.) Prior experience acting as a Project or Program Manager
4.) Prior experience acting as a Development or Test Lead
