Position Description:
Collects data and provides analyses for a broad array of health care redesign issues across disciplines and functional areas. Carries out detailed tasks assigned by project teams. May work independently or as a part of a project team. Contributes to problem solving, process design and analytical support. Consults frequently with appropriate managers on progress. May be dedicated to a single department or business unit. 

Analyzing membership and financial data received to match up results with applicable sales executive and calculate incentive compensation payments based on those results. Also responsible for producing production and Year to Date reports for the team's business lines. 

Essential Functions: 
Assists in the identification of key health care redesign business issues. 
Evaluates and distills analyses conducted by other departments and/or outside consultants. 
Assists in development and utilizes data gathering tools, such as surveys/questionnaires, work sampling, financial modelling, and interview questions, to ensure that appropriate quantitative and qualitative data is gathered for the analyses. 
Extracts data for analysis and interpretation. 
Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues across disciplines, projects and functional areas as assigned. 
Prepares preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management. 
Recommends suggested action steps based on the analysis results. 
Prepares reports in accordance with the analytical results. 
Follows through any further actions based on the results using sound business judgment. 
Assists in the development of project proposals, recommendations, implementation plans, communication packages, performance measurement tools, and training materials related to the assigned projects. 
Contributes to practice development and department administration including, recruiting, debriefing on training, and developing thought pieces on topics like change management 
May provide input to performance reviews of others in department. 

Required skills and minimum years of experience:
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Beginning to intermediate access skills,
- Analytical skills
- 2-3 years of spreadsheet/database/analysis experience.

Basic Qualifications: 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Research, Public Health Administration, or other related field. 
Previous related analytical and/or consulting experience preferred. 
Demonstrates solid analytical skills, self initiative and innovation. 
Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis. 
Must demonstrate effective communication, consulting, interpersonal, and presentation. 
Proficient with PC applications including spreadsheet, word processing, and graphics packages. 
Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 
Payroll or Incentive Compensation experience preferred.
