The IT Network Services Infrastructure and Performance is seeking a Business Analysis for the Enterprise Circuit Order Desk: whose primary responsibility is to support all of clients telecommunications circuit provisioning, inventory and delivery.

Principle Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

- Process infrastructure circuit order requests through the Telecom Order Management System (TOM) to the appropriate vendor
- Query vendors for pertinent order information for entry into TOM and feedback to the Network Engineer, Project Manager and Business Client
- Attend and/or host weekly/biweekly meeting with the business partners and vendors to ensure order activity is on track for delivery

Project Coordination/Management:

- Perform project coordination with the vendors for successful project implementation
- Manage Remedy queue to ensure all orders are reviewed and issued on time

General:

- Process incoming Remedy work orders and email requests from various clients
- Ensure all orders are processed and completed through the TOM system up to and including first month billing
- Provides support and back up to the other Order Desk Team members and management
- Coordinates with AP/Finance on any billing discrepancies with the vendors
- Process billing discrepancies in the various vendor portals as required

Qualifications

- B.A/B.S. degree required
- 5+ years professional experience in technology/local exchange carrier related environment
- 5+ years solid customer service skills
- Demonstrated professional oral and written communications skills
