Business Analyst

This well known organisation in the CBD has an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join one of their key project areas.

As the Business Analyst on the project you will work alongside the Project Manager to identify, measure and analyse business requirements, business impacts, procedures, and provide support to communication and training throughout the project life cycle.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

- A strong functional background with some technical knowledge.
- Development of business requirements documents, functional and non functional specifications
- Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering
- Understanding/exposure to change management
- Work with developers to assist in the evaluation of system solutions and ensure they are meeting client requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio
- Ability to develop and maintain business documents, including user guides, reports, user requirement documentation, surveys and training materials.
- Strong people/engagement skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Some government experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience working in a structured project environment would be preferred
