Business Analyst

A major Hong Kong Airline is looking for Business Analyst's to work in business portfolio, operations, processes and applications, supporting and overseeing the requirements definition of major and minor projects.

Principal Accountabilities:?

- Working in conjunction with key resources to conceptualise and propose solution approaches
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute the business plans
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects
- Generate business process descriptions which documents business needs, rules and details
- Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements
- Document gaps in projects whilst providing potential solutions
- Business case preparation
- Collaborate with project teams as required
- Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain's strategy, business plans

The candidate will need to have the following:?

- Degree in Computing, IT or equivalent
- 6 years of related IT experience
- Strong background in project management or business analysis or system analysis but with excellent grasp of project analysis
- Have a strong analytical mind with excellent relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders
