My client is seeking an experienced technical BUSINESS ANALYST to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business requirements.You will be communicating with technical and business users so EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS are crucial for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Evaluate business needs and contribute to the design and development of business solutions
- Provide technical advice to contribute to improved efficiency and effectiveness of the division's operations.
- Shape, monitor and evaluate business plans and strategies whilst making recommendations
- Liaise with customers and IT staff to undertake requirements analysis, scope projects and develop project proposals
- Project manage the implementation phase of each solution or business improvement to ensure minimal disruption and downtime
- Create clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation to be used by technical specialists to build business appropriate solutions

Required technical skills:

- Familiarity with Oracle RDB/VMS
- Knowledge in UX and ability to apply current UX principles

You will have:

- Minimum 5 years business analysis and project management experience
- Proven skills in use case development, functional requirements and business process analysis
- Strong requirements gathering background with proven experience in delivering detailed requirements specifications documentation
- Experience in leading and facilitating business analysis and modelling workshops
- Experience with IT Software Development Lifecycle and management of IT technical resources
