Business Analyst

For our international end client in The Hague we are looking for a Business Analyst

Duration: 8 months
Rate: €50 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
On-time, on-budget delivery of decommissioning scope
Technical Quality of the decommissionings
Implementing Decommissioning Services policies, plans and procedures that adhere to requirements
Adherence to Group Records Management record retention policies
Definition of individual decommissionings work deliverables
Establishing and maintaining quality in the decommissioning, define preventative and inspection measures, such as formal work product reviews, signoffs, and an early, proactive communications process
Management of the individual decommissioning, regularly reviewing the status, comparing planned to actual values.
Implementation of Decommissioning Services management processes, issues, change control, etc., reviewing project risks and establishing mitigation procedures.
Decommissioning Management communications consisting of progress reports to programme team and local business, elevation of project issues
Escalation of issues to Decommissioning Services Manager for resolution
Producing minutes of project status meetings

Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
-  Broad understanding of Legacy technologies and applications
- Effective Stakeholder Management Skills
- Ability to develop and manage a project schedule in MS Project
- Knowledge and use of Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology

Soft Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
- Competent Business Analyst/Developing Project Manager
- Good communications skills
- Good business change management skills
- Ability to work well with business resources
- Ability to work well with technical resources
