Business Analyst - Cloud Services

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst for an initial 6 month contract with Telecommunications & Cloud experience.

You will be working with the Cloud team in this highly successful Solution Services project. We are looking for a Business Analyst with good experience in the Telecommunications and Product space.

Your main responsibility will be to help productize existing products and build these into an existing quoting system, bridging any gaps between the Cloud team and end client processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on medium to large scale programs
- Strong ability to productize, creating quoting systems and processes
- A proven track-record in taking ownership of the requirements stream of projects, driving requirements capture and management, and managing stakeholders and resolving conflict with minimal escalation
- Significant experience in planning and running requirements gathering workshops
- Significant experience in authoring Business Requirement Specifications, including both functional and non-functional requirements
- Significant experience in planning and running process workshops
- Significant experience in authoring Process Level 1 and 2 Specifications
