Business Analyst

Our client is a globally recognised company that operates across the globe. They have a vision of sustainability and social responsibility that makes them an enviable force within their niche market. They are currently looking for Business Analyst to join an exciting program of work that is looking to continue through to 2014.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- Participate in post implementation reviews, including an evaluation of the effectiveness of systems and system changes
- Analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Process analysis and design experience
- Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirements that meet business and IT needs and standards
- Proven background in workshops facilitation, gap analysis, creating BRDs and detailed as-is & to-be process maps
- MINING EXPERIENCE HIGHLY REGARDED
- Experience in data migration and data cleansing
- Experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP MM (Material Management) Modules
- Ability to efficiently manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Tertiary qualified and/or relevant industry certifications
