For my banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a
Business Analyst
Location: Zürich
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Language: Fluent German and English (MUST)
SCOPE OF WORK
- Project: Operational Knowledge Management
o Objectives:
- Process Engineering (KM Process)
- Tool Evaluation (RightAnswer/SolutionManager, ServiceNow)
- Migration Concept from RightAnswers to ServiceNow
- Technical Writing
- Duties/Task description:
Business Analyst supporting project manager and work stream leaders with his/her expertise in operational knowledge management. Project setup is global (AMER/APAC/CH) with lead in Zurich. Required deliverables are documents needed for process implementation/ramp up.
SKILLS
O MUST
- SME IN OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (ITIL/COBIT)
- LANGUAGE E/D SPOKEN AND WRITTEN
- MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN/VERBAL) WITH STRONG PRESENTATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH ALL LEVELS OF LEADERSHIP
- STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS
O NICE TO HAVE
- OPERATIONAL BACKGROUND (OPERATING SYSTEM, DATABASE) L1/L2
- STRONG FACILITATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO LEAD TEAMS THROUGH ELABORATION SESSIONS
o Break down high level process artifacts (interaction model, SIPOC, roles/responsibilities, RACI) to detailed instruction based implementation documents.
- Validating against 'state of the art' derived from ITIL/COBIT
- Validating against RightAnswers/Solution Manager
- Description of roles/responsibilities
- Checklists/Instructions for every process step
- Workflow/process templates
o High level Interface definition to other ITIL relevant processes based on ServiceNow solution (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Interface description
- Data flow
- Requirements gathering/engineering for future implementation
o Creation of training and presentation materials
- OnePagers
- User Documentation and training material
- Management presentation
o Review of deliverables of other workstreams
- Technical evaluation/feasibility study
- Migration concept
- Overall operational knowledge management concept
