We require a business analyst in the field of Operational Knowledge Management who has extensive experience in process engineering, tool evaluation, technical writing and migrations.

You will be supporting the project manager in this global initiative with your main responsibilities being:- - Break down high level process artifacts to detailed instruction based implementation documents.
- High level Interface definition to other ITIL relevant processes based on ServiceNow solution (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Creation of training and presentation materials
- Review of deliverables of other workstreams
- Management presentations

The technical skills and experience we are looking for are:- - Enterprise Architect
- Sharepoint
- Office
- Knowledge management systems RightAnswer/SolutionManager
