Job Overview:
The associate will assist with User Acceptance Testing of the CLIENT's Appraisal Platform. The associate will also be responsible for story creation, communicating with our internal and external customers and responding to questions or concerns that may arise regarding system changes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, and recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate CLIENT standard formats via print and online mediums.
- Interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas.
- Will have responsibilities throughout the project life cycle.

Job Qualifications:
- Three plus (3+) years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases of projects.
- Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current architectures.
- Skills in object, data, and/or process modelling, business process design (two to four (2-4) years).
- Lean/Agile development experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis.
- Detailed requirements experience with COTS implementations.
- Able to provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management.
- High Attention to Detail.
