Business Analyst (Learning & Development) - Contract Role - Dublin
My client has a requirement for a business analyst to work on site in a retail bank in Dublin city centre for an initial 3 month contract with likely extension to 1 year.
This role will involve working alongside the procurement department in house to gather requirements on HR training and development plans to develop functional specifications to compare competencies of outsourced providers in the Learning and Development (HR) space.
Ideal candidates will have experience within financial institutions preferably with a good understanding of the resourcing and procurement side of the business.
