Business Analyst

This position with a highly respected and leading light in their field will appeal to proactive functional Business Analysts can add value in the Business and Process Analysis domains.

This contract will be offered on a fixed term basis with the real possibility of transitioning to permanency subject to performance in the future.

Working in a friendly and professional team, you will be responsible for managing small to medium sized projects that improve business efficiency and productivity.

Excellent communication and influencing skills are mandatory as you will be liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders including specialist consultants and key outsourced service providers.

In terms of key responsibilities:

- To interpret business requirements and ensure that they map and adhere to corporate standards
- To focus on continuous improvement ensuring best utilisation of available technologies
- To help implement robust, cost effective and fit for purpose solutions
- Particpate in post implementation reviews and reporting
- Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure training needs have been identified
- To undertake appropriate integrity and quality assurance checks

A background in one or more of the following would be advantageous: financial services, superannuation, taxation or business or payroll administration, leasing, employment services would be advantageous.
