My highly respected client are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst who has experience implementing, upgrading or enhancing Salesforce. My client is a leading organisation that have been through a huge change and growth over the past 12 months. 

To be successful in this role you need to have strong Business Analysis skills and experience of working through the systems development life cycle;

- Business requirement gathering and documentation
- Functional requirement documentation
- Business process analysis, mapping and design (As-is vs. To-be)
- System testing
- Change management 

As the successful Business Analyst you will have the proven ability to develop and engage effectively with the full scope of stakeholders to gain access to their respective technical and business environments and processes, liaise with vendor and internal technical resources, understand ascertained insights and how they may impact organisation strategy, in addition to having experience of implementing, upgrading or enhancing Salesforce.

EXPERIENCE 

- Knowledge of PaaS (Platform as a Service)/Force.com is desirable but not essential
- At least 4 years of working as an IT Business Analyst performing all relevant responsibilities through systems development and implementation life cycle
- Excel and SOQL/SQL data management skills
- Experience of dealing with Marketing stakeholders is particularly desirable
- Core Business Analyst Experience in documenting business and technical requirements specifications
- An understanding and appreciation of Analytics techniques and concepts that may include but not limited to, Scoring Matrices, Segmentation Analysis, Propensity Modelling (Churn/Acquisition/Cross Sell/Up Sell), Pricing Optimisation, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis, Next Best Offer Analysis, Significance Testing, Decision Trees, Neural Networks etc.
