Business Analyst

Our Public Sector Client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to join their existing team on a short term contract. The client is wanting a suitably qualified and experienced Business Analyst to perform initial groundwork to assist in the definition and assessment of the current as-is processes and to provide a valuable contribution to the organisations business requirements definition.
The key processes to review include; Project Management, Project Accounting, Core Financial and Procurement. Working alongside the current staff the successful BA will be responsible for; managing process flow definitions, quality document as-is process flows, as-is data flows, complete knowledge and product transfer at the end of the assignment and to produce weekly progress reports.
Candidates wishing to apply must be able to demonstrate previous experience with business analysis techniques and tools, swim lane diagrams (SSADM, UML etc), writing business requirements, Prince2 Methodology and ideally have some experience with writing business cases and procurement specifications.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
