Rate: £200 - £225

Project Details: The purpose of this post is to project manage the process for identifying and implementing a new suite of management information across a large Public Sector organisation including the delivery of a full-set of essential reporting requirements to be rolled during on a just-in-time basis and the enhancement of existing data sets to underpin this activity. In particular the role holder will be required to:

1 Lead the planning and implementation of project
2 Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, including carrying out requirements capture through face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders and the use of electronic media and providing analysis and recommendations from the findings.
3 Undertake gaps analysis of data sources and define project tasks and resource requirements
4 Identify key data quality pressure points and develop structures and process to mitigate against them
5 Develop full scale project plans
6 Plan and schedule project timelines
7 Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
8 Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
9 Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
10 Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
11 Advise on the use and implementation of business intelligence software
12 Produce a final report which provides an evaluation of the project and assessment of results
