Reporting directly to the Business Analyst Lead you will work closely with the Project Manager and Software Development Lead and will play a lead role in design, specification and implementation of this development.
Main Responsibilities:
*Documentation and optimisation of business processes and workflows,
*Production of Functional Specifications
*System design and analysis in conjunction with Development Team
*Control and monitor evolution and changes on both customer and design Team sides
*System testing - QA and UAT
*Production of system documentation - User Guides, Manuals
*Co-ordination with local end users, Project Manager and European based teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Minimum of 5 years experience in a business analyst role
*Business Analysis/Project management experience with a background in Financial services
*Systems testing and software implementation experience essential.
*Experience in design and interactive development
*Experience in analysing and evaluating business process for improvements.
*Pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving.
*Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)
*Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented.
*Experience in Global Supply Chain Management an advantage
*Working knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology an advantage
