We are looking for RECYCLING BUSINESS ANALYST for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.
REQUIREMENT:
JOB TITLE: RECYCLING BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION: ZAWIERCIE,POLAND
DURATION: CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study with 3 - 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think critically, quickly, and strategically
- Knowledge of ERP landscape and process dependencies
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in a related industry (ie Steel, recycling, process manufacturing, warehousing)
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH AND POLISH written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
- Experience in project management and requirements management. Understanding of project life cycle methodology processes
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in the business process and systems
- Gain a detailed understanding of Poland Recycling regulatory compliance
- Analyze business requests with regard to benefits, business impact and efforts
- Prioritize business requests in conjunction with IT Recycling Process Managers
- Analyze and improve business processes by proposing changes
- Execute enhancements and projects designed by the Recycling Process Director and Managers
- Resolve routine and non-routine problems through standard troubleshooting procedures and recommend and implement solutions
- Compose and maintain process and technical specifications and documentation to describe program development, coding practices, testing methodologies, revision control, installation and operation of developed software.
- Assists in the design and development of test and simulation procedures in conformance with IT standards, functional specifications and design requirements.
- Always be ready to be dispatched on troubleshooting calls to sites on various high level and priority issues
- Stay on call as needed and be courteous and responsive to the needs of sites, no matter the request or time of day
- Work in partnership with various IT Groups worldwide to understand business requirements, and rationalize solutions.
- Manages relationships with key vendors (in conjunction with the IT Recycling Process Managers and Director)
