We are looking for BUSINESS ANALYST for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.
REQUIREMENT:
JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION: ROME,ITALY
DURATION: CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and analysing the project's business requirements .
- Coordinating/Planning Workshops with Business teams and Evaluating the data collected through these workshops, task analysis, business process and surveys .
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, and Functional Spec documents.
- Wherever possible, do a POC(with assistance of Solutions Architect) to demonstrate the fitment to the customer
- Designing test scripts and test scenarios.
- Create Use Cases, To-Be Process Flows
BACKGROUND/CRITICAL SKILLS
- Solid BA Experience in Sales and Customer Service (preferably in Insurance sector)
- Should have around 1 year of experience in Salesforce.com product as a BA
- Should have worked on Business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Should have experienced as a BA in ERP/CRM applications or packaged applications
