Business Analyst

Our client, the largest Insurance brand in the world is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst on a contract role based in Leicester.

The successful candidates will be required to maintain, develop and continually improve the provision of accurate, timely and relevant management information. This is primarily to the Sales other departments (such as Commercial) to support cross-functional activities and forums.

The successful candidate will reports to the MI Delivery Manager and support them with the development and implementation of the clients MI.

You will be required to run programme of operational MI to support decision-making & make tools available for use by managers to efficiently and effectively monitor performance across all sales (activity, performance and results) and support (process volumes & performance) functions within Sales & Marketing. As well as work with MI Development manager to identify opportunities and solutions to improve collection and quality of data used to support MI delivered. Provide input from this to the Sales & Marketing Manager to inform the overall MI strategy.

You should be computer literate with Strong IT skills, including MS Office Software, with a strong emphasis on MS Access & MS Excel. You will also be a confident team player with a clear and logical thinker with ability to determine and identify priorities and working to tight deadlines. As this role is working with a Financial Services company you will need to successfully pass a credit check.
