Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst required by my client, a leading retail/E-commerce organisation. Senior Business Analyst is required to work on system implementation projects, comfortable working on business process design from the start of a project until the rollout of the system and process. Senior Business Analyst will translate business needs into tangible business requirements as well as documenting implications and issues and developing solutions. You will describe business processes and facilitate suggestions, draft user stories, specifications, business rules and data structures according to agile methodology, design functionality and user interfaces and support the business in preparing user acceptance tests. Senior Business Analyst will need to have a degree in either IT or Business Administration, at least 3 years solid Business Analysis experience, strong Agile/Scrum experience, strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering and application design and a strong understanding of the concept of application architecture, operatins systems and web fronts and interfaces.
