Business Analyst

One of our key clients are currently seeking two Business Analyst's to join their team for an initial 12 month contract with view to extend located at Chatswood.

The position will play a role in gathering business requirements, undertaking scope and readiness assessments, supporting the PMO including risk, issue, dependency and change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Decompose high-level business and user requirements into requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable to enable technical design.
- Elicit clinical, business and technical requirements using a broad range of engagement techniques including, data and systems analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
- Previous experience in a business analyst role for an enterprise wide project/program in a large complex organisation.
- Proven health IT systems implementation experience and knowledge, including proven ability to integrate competing priorities and requirements in the development of integrated, uniform solutions.
- Write technical specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
- Exceptional communication skills including experience in authoring technical documentation and end user documentation.
