Business Analyst

My client, a Global IT Company is looking for a Business Analyst with strong knowledge in Financial Markets. You will join a large team on site at one of Australia's largest banks. This will be an initial 6 month contract with a high chance of extension.

DUTIES:

- Lead team members by prioritising and assigning work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
- Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify and define relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and constant assessment of progress
- Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in
- communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope
- Identifying and defining business needs and problems/issues and defining and developing a feasible solution scope
- Assessing and documenting the current state of business to identify and recommend improvements and verification and validation of resulting requirements

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

- FX Cash Product knowledge across either Front Office, Operations and/or Finance,
- One roll requires good Front Office FX Options knowledge,
- Proven Calypso configuration experience
- Agile Project Environment experience
- Used JIRA (or similar) as a issues tracking tool
- Used QC (or similar) as a Test execution tool
