Business Analyst

My client is a respected Government organisation looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract commencing early January 2013.

We are seeking an experience Business Analyst to work with the existing Business Analysts team on a major project, you will work as part of a team working across a number of work streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Business requirements analysis, development of test plans, testing activities, implementation planning &change impact analysis
- Developing as is' & to be' models for business processes
- Facilitating workshops to identify business practice changes and the impact analysis of identified changes.
- Participation in the development and implementation of a change management strategy and approach for the implementation of business practice changes
- Extensive business analysis & business process modelling experience
- Extensive requirements analysis experience
- Experience in facilitating focus groups and/or workshops with business users.
- High level oral and written communication skills are required for this position.
