My client is looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join there international organisation

My Client are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their IT team and take responsibility for managing existing and planned IT equipment assets, both hardware and software. They will be required to gather and maintain accurate records across multiple sites. When necessary there will be a need to support the IT hardware and software procurement process. In addition to the asset management duties the IT Analyst will be responsible for running a number of IT meetings including the weekly risks & issues review and project review board. The IT Analyst will also be responsible for the administration of the IT change management process.
This position reports to the Business UK IT Manager with primary duties as follows:
Manage computing hardware and software assets, managing stock levels and forecasting consumption. When necessary support the IT procurement process.
Maintain corporate asset and configuration management databases for IT software and hardware, conducting audits when required.
Engage with external and internal suppliers and Boeing Supplier Management team. Acting in compliance with Boeings corporate policies and codes of conduct.
Provide support as required to the Support Coordinator for IT related service requests and user generated issues.
Own IT processes associated with this job function including, but not limited to, service asset and configuration management. Improve and streamline processes, champion continual service improvement.
Run/Support weekly IT change management meetings and administer the IT change management process.
Run/Support weekly IT risks & issues meeting, maintaining risk & issue logs.
Run/Support and minute the weekly Project Review boards, managing the gate review process.
Run /Support weekly IT tag up sessions, capturing reported information.
Provide/Support weekly and monthly management reports.
