ABOUT THE ROLE

As the successful Business Analyst you will be required to develop and document requirements both functionally and non-functionally. You will also be required to provide technical specifications and work with both Developers and Testers to understand customer needs using the latest technologies. You will also be given the opportunity to work from home if necessary.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Write Customer Requirements, Input Specification and Report Specification documents
- Create Domain and Use Case models
- Analyse and document complex problems to allow others to undertake system fixes.
- Provide technical advice to team members
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the customers and stakeholders
- Ensure SLA or project deliverables are achieved on time and customer expectations are met.
- Design and implement more effective processes and systems to optimise performance.
- Liaise with stakeholders to analyse, articulate and develop complex business processes to ensure the effective design and implementation of IT solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
