Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST to ensure that the business requirements and rules are captured from the business, clearly documented and delivered by the final solution implemented.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Analyse and validate the As Is business process maps
- Carry out an impact analysis between the As Is and To Be process maps identifying impacts to people, positions or processes and input the findings into the Change Management planning process
- Work with the business SME's to extract/confirm business requirements and business rules
- Work with the software supplier and SME's to create detailed functional & non-functional requirements
- Support the Test Manager by preparing and executing test scripts, defect management and defect reporting
- Conduct workshops with the business and key stakeholders
- Develop training documentation, including manuals, for each of the user groups across multiple functional areas

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Proven experience with the design and development of business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
- The ability to work to clearly defined and structured plans, or plan and organise own workload
- Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
